Assigned scope

Project Champion for 20 of 61 hypermarkets in the Panda / eXtra Clix electronics transition. Store-level inventory decisions needed to reflect sales performance and service needs.

My contribution

I analyzed store sales, identified redistribution and replenishment needs, used Power BI for store-level decisions, coordinated inventory movement across the assigned stores, and monitored service while supporting the wider transition.

Program results

Wider program evidence included SAR 6M in stock redistribution and a 93% service level. My work contributed to a 3% margin uplift; these are broader program results, not outcomes attributed solely to my 20-store scope.

Separate analytical work

I built and used a store-performance Power BI dashboard across more than 500 SKUs, comparing sales and inventory to determine stock destinations and replenishment needs.

Separate promotional initiative

For approximately SAR 1.3M of selected inventory, I worked with three suppliers and negotiated approximately 30–70% discounts. Product was consolidated into target stores and supported by promotions, reaching approximately 80% sell-through, with remaining inventory returned to suppliers.

The promotional figures relate to a separate initiative, not the Clix transition.
