Problem
SES and RPO information had to be retrieved through SAP and was fragmented across line items. There was no immediate consolidated management view, making status lookup time-consuming.
What I built
I developed and maintained an Advanced Excel weekly tracker and management dashboard, using planner inputs and existing source records. It linked service-entry-sheet and release-purchase-order status with relevant line-item information.
- Planner inputs & source references
- Linked SES / RPO records
- Weekly dashboard
- Management review
Decisions supported
The consolidated view brought line-item, payment, utilization, and balance information together, supporting weekly status reconciliation and visibility into commercial and contractor execution interfaces.
Result
Key information that previously required time-consuming SAP lookup could be found within seconds. The tracker was maintained on a weekly rhythm with planner inputs.
Evidence & boundaries
SAP remained the enterprise source; the Excel system provided a connected tracking and management view. “Within seconds” describes the reported lookup outcome; no quantified total time-saving claim is made.
The information flow above represents the described system. Live records, commercial values, identifiers, and internal screenshots are not displayed.
