In addition to my T&I project responsibilities, I serve as the designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) Backup for Saudi Aramco Operational Excellence Element OE 4.5 — Safe Turnaround & Inspection.
I support the primary SME and Operational Excellence team across process documentation, assessment readiness, and corrective-action follow-up.
Process assurance
Support the maintenance of OE 4.5 procedures, documentation, and compliance evidence, and help clarify element requirements for implementation.
Assessment support
Participate in assessments and OE review meetings, prepare supporting evidence, and present and explain evidence and implementation status.
Improvement follow-through
Coordinate follow-up on assigned corrective actions through closure, including implementation status and supporting closure evidence.
