Scope & responsibility
Night-shift team leader for a two-month storage-tank maintenance scope. I was responsible for approximately 26 multidisciplinary personnel working 12-hour shifts and for coordinating their work fronts.
Field coordination
The team combined welding, fabrication, safety, labor/support, confined-space supervision, standby personnel, and forklift/material-handling support. I coordinated those interfaces through maintenance, inspection/testing, hydrotest, and box-up.
Evidence scope
The team size, shift duration, and scope progression describe direct field-leadership responsibility. This was leadership of the night-shift team and its work fronts, not overall project-manager ownership.
