Technical scope

Fabrication and assembly of a 1,999-tube floating-head heat exchanger, starting from individual components and continuing through preparation, inspection, testing, and acceptance.

My contribution

I participated alongside the Olayan Descon workshop manager throughout the fabrication and assembly sequence, following component-to-equipment transitions and participating through preparation, inspection, testing, and acceptance.

Lifecycle exposure

  1. Component fabrication
  2. Assembly
  3. Equipment preparation
  4. Inspection & testing
  5. Acceptance

Evidence scope

The equipment scale demonstrates technical exposure. My role was participating engineer alongside the workshop manager, not project leader. Internal drawings and equipment records are not displayed.
